As the Senior Manager, Play testing Programs, you will lead teams and programs that bring player voices directly into our development process through large-scale play testing, player feedback initiatives, and engagement programs such as Battlefield Labs and the skate Insider Program. You will provide operational and strategic leadership to ensure our player engagement programs are effectively planned, executed, and integrated into our product development cycles.

What You’ll Do- Lead a team that delivers large-scale play testing and player engagement programs for live and in-development games, integrating player feedback at key points across the development lifecycle.
- Drive strategy and operational excellence by designing scalable, repeatable frameworks for game play testing and player feedback, and by implementing process improvements that increase efficiency, insight quality, and development impact.
- Translate player insights into action by partnering with game teams, PX researchers, data analysts, and insights partners to embed clear, actionable feedback into development decisions.
- Anticipate and manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, adjusting scope and plans to maintain delivery momentum and quality.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance play testing effectiveness, communication, and player outcomes across teams and studios.
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams and studios to ensure player programs operate effectively and at scale.
- 8+ years of experience in game development, production, operations, or program management, with responsibility for leading complex, cross‑functional teams or programs.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Project Management, Game Development, or similar).
- Hands‑on experience leading large‑scale game play testing and player engagement initiatives across live and in-development titles; this experience is required.
- Strong operational mindset, with expertise in process design, risk management, and resource planning.
- You are able to align diverse teams and leadership around shared goals.
A genuine passion for player engagement and a clear understanding of how player insight drives better games.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full‑time employees.
Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
