As an Engineer, you will work as part of a global team supported by our business and architecture partners to help us collaboratively develop and deliver industry leading technology solutions that drive lululemon’s business goals.
core responsibilities
As an Associate Engineer II, you will join an established engineering team dedicated to delivering high quality, performant and secure applications to our business partners and guests. You will learn our engineering practices and be part of a growing and supportive engineering community. You will contribute hands‑on to your team’s engineering projects and be a critical part of our observability efforts.
- Take part in Agile ceremonies
- Perform engineering assignments using existing procedures and best practices
- Conduct research to aid in product troubleshooting and optimization efforts
- Actively monitor key metrics and reports on trends
- Participate in our Engineering Community of Practice
- Contribute to engineering automation, management or development
- Perform reliability monitoring tasks as needed to ensure products meet guest expectations
qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Software Architecture preferred; candidates with substantial and relevant industry experience are also eligible
- 1‑2 years of experience
- Experience of working with Oracle Retail products – RMS/ReSA/RPM
- Hands on experience of building scalable technical solutions involving Oracle retail – core modules or integrations
- Experience in event‑based integration building and trouble shooting in Java/Sprint Boot
- Experience using middle layer like Kafka and related components.
- Experience CI/CD and related devops tools like Data Dog.

Compensation and benefits packagelululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $84,900 - $111,400 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
