We are a firm with diverse water treatment projects across British Columbia and beyond, and we are looking for an inclusive, forward‑looking candidate to join our team.
Responsibilities
Lead water and wastewater process design team in preliminary and detailed engineering design packages, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
Design pumping stations, tanks, or reservoirs for process design.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams in the preparation of engineering design packages.
Manage projects to ensure quality of project deliverables on time and within budget.
Participate in water and wastewater proposal preparation and business development activities.
Lead, guide, and mentor a team of intermediate and junior staff.

Ideal Candidate
Holds a University Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related training.
Is registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with EGBC, or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer.
Has at least 10 years’ relevant experience.
Has proven expertise and advanced knowledge in pumping and treatment technologies and is recognized as a technical leader.
Is familiar with municipal and provincial design standards in British Columbia and other Canadian provinces.
Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $91,900 – $157,900 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters such as skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
