Join to apply for the  Technical Services Specialist  role at  Chrysos Corporation

Here at Chrysos we combine science and software to create technology solutions that are changing the global mining industry; both from a productivity and environmental impact perspective.

Just like atoms and machines, we believe that everyone is different and how individuals come together is what makes us successful. Headquartered in Adelaide and with team members based in Australia, Europe, Africa and North America, Chrysos Corporation’s diverse team of scientists, engineers and industry specialists are coming together to build technologies to provide rapid, accurate and safe ore analysis for the global mining industry.

The company’s flagship technology, Photon Assay™, steps around centuries-old chemistry-based assay methods to deliver true ‘atom-counting’ analysis for the measurement of gold and other high-value metals. With successful global installations, Chrysos is taking Photon Assay™ to customers around the world – Chrysos could take you to places that you might not have even imagined yet. There’s opportunity around every corner and the support to help you achieve your goals.

This role has a strong focus on the customer partnering pillar and combines deep technical engagement with strategic account support, internal knowledge transfer, and leadership in driving data quality, customer confidence, and continuous improvement.

Key Pillars and Objectives
Customer Partnering and Minesite deployment

Collaborate with customer technical teams, including geologists, metallurgists and site management, to ensure Photon Assay™ delivers reliable, fit‑for‑purpose assay performance that supports critical operational decisions.

Provide comprehensive support to mine sites following the installation of Photon Assay™, with the key objective of establishing foundational confidence in the technology. This is achieved through targeted education, tailored training, QAQC guidance, and comparative analytical performance reviews.

Proactively explore and develop innovative applications of Photon Assay™ by deeply understanding existing site workflows across geology, geometallurgy, and metallurgy. Leverage this insight to drive process optimisation, improve operational value, and create new commercial opportunities for both the customer and Chrysos.

Provide critical technical and application support to the Sales team across the sales cycle.

Protect and enhance the reputation of Photon Assay™.

Subject Matter Experts

The team act as Subject Matter Experts, providing technical collateral, training and support to internal functional teams and our clients.
