Reporting to the Program Manager
, the Project Coordinator will provide coordination and administrative support to utility construction projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring project documentation, tracking, and communication are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do Here:
  • Support the Project Manager with on-site construction activities and overall project coordination
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain complete and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Set up project folders, templates, and required documentation during project start‑up
  • Maintain and manage project folders and records on the shared server and document control systems
  • Track, log, and manage project documentation, including RFIs, reports, and correspondence
  • Ensure drawing and report folders are current and distribute updates as required
  • Assist with the preparation, tracking, and administration of change notices and subsequent change orders
  • Schedule, attend, and document minutes for project meetings and conference calls
  • Generate, log, and track Requests for Information (RFIs) and follow up as required
  • Prepare Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manuals and Quality Assurance documentation for internal review and client submission
  • Track and report site hours worked by employees in accordance with EPSCA and project‑specific reporting requirements
