Responsibilities:
  • Guide and inspire a team of experienced educators and staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Implement innovative educational programs that cater to the developmental needs of children aged 3-5 years.
  • Manage enrollment, budgeting, and resources to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the board to create a supportive and engaging environment.
  • Step into the classroom as needed, bringing your expertise and passion for education directly to our students.
  • Maintain adherence to all licensing, health, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • Early Childhood Educator certificate required;
    Montessori training is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • Comfortable stepping into the classroom or tackling administrative challenges directly.
  • Embraces technology to streamline processes and enhance learning experiences.
  • Builds strong connections with children, parents, and staff.
  • Driven to create a school that sets the standard for quality education.
  • We’re open to experienced Principals, program coordinators from larger schools, or educators with leadership potential and administrative expertise.
