Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified NP or PA
• Demonstrated experience in the clinical management of adult patients in an outpatient setting
• BC-ADM Credential and/or CDCES required; can be obtained after hire
• Experience with continuous Glucose Monitors and insulin pumps a bonus

• General, adult‑only outpatient clinic on the edge of growth and a reimagining of the Diabetes program
• Flexible scheduling options (36 patient contact hours/week)
• Supportive Physicians & Clinicians / Efficient Operations / Excellent Clinical Staff
• Certified Diabetes Educators and Nutritionists in the clinic
• Robust Diabetes Education Program / Community drop‑in services / Group classes
• Epic EHR

• Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALs required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire.
