• Provide direct naturopathic patient care, including comprehensive evaluations, treatment plans, and ongoing follow-up
• Oversee clinical operations and ensure high‑quality standards of care
• Offer clinical guidance and leadership to medical staff and multidisciplinary team members
• Collaborate with team members for integrated treatment planning
• Contribute to business development, practice growth, and community outreach initiatives
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, clinic policies, medical ethics, and safety
• Support staff development through mentoring, training, and case consultation

• Licensed Naturopathic Physician (ND) in Washington State (or eligible) - priority given to dual‑licensed ND, LAc providers
• 5+ years of clinical experience in naturopathic/functional medicine preferred
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or medical director experience strongly preferred
• Expertise in integrative, holistic, and evidence‑based care
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both patients and team members
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and growth‑oriented clinical culture

$90,000 - $150,000 yearly
