Responsibilities

• Develop presentation drawings and diagrams with support and supervision from experienced architects.
• Develop architectural design drawings as well as technical and construction drawings with support and supervision from experienced architects.
• Create 3D renderings and design visual aids.
• Collaborate with architects, team members and Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Currently
  registered at a college or university in an Architecture program
• Experience with preparation of presentation drawings, diagrams and 3D renderings.
• Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows; REVIT software;
  AutoCAD software;
  Adobe Creative Suite;
  Microsoft 365 environment and Bluebeam.

Compensation

Expected Salary (all locations): $24.00/hr - $32.25/hr
