Senior Project Planner – GSW
Be the glue that keeps project plans on time and people engaged. Drive the financial and vendor aspects of accounts, manage budgets, estimates, forecasting, and ensure brand financials are accurate.
Responsibilities- Drive the financial health of assigned brands.
- Creates and maintains yearly and/or project‑specific budget scope documents.
- Develops estimates and manage billing processes.
- Leads monthly forecasting including preparing forecast and providing rationale on submission.
- Serves as the client point of contact for financial management.
- Collaborates with brand Project Manager and Account brand leads to ensure transparency, accuracy and health of brand financials.
- Expertise in financial management and vendor coordination.
- Strong understanding of print, digital, and video production.
- Ability to manage complex projects across multiple brands.
- Problem‑solving skills and clear communication.
- Experience with Gantt charts and project timelines.
- Must be willing to work West Coast hours.
- Must have strong knowledge of US pharmaceutical regulations.
- BS/BA (or relevant experience).
- 5+ years’ experience in health, medical, pharma advertising/marketing production/delivery.
- Good at establishing clear directions; effective communicator; problem‑solver; adaptable communication style; organized; understands job responsibilities of others and functions appropriately.
- Technical Expertise: MS Office Suite;
Experience with Project Management software.
