Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

A well-established, family-run orthodontic practice located in Vancouver is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations and provide clear, compassionate guidance.
• Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate care with patients’ other healthcare providers (e.g., general dentists and specialists).
• Prepare and send professional correspondence and letters.

Schedule:

• Days:
  Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays
• Hours:
  
  8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wage: $38 - $43 per hour (based on experience)
• Monthly incentives.

Requirements:

• A minimum of two years of experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator .
• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) license is considered an asset.
• Bubbly, outgoing, and organized team player.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
