The Opportunity:
We’re looking to fill an opening for a Account Officer join our Aviso Correspondent Partner team for 6 months
Reporting to the Director, Partner Services and Onboarding, the Account Officer is responsible for supporting Aviso Correspondent Partners by providing outstanding service for clients, team members and related parties. We offer comprehensive custody and trading services to help portfolio managers, introducing brokers, and financial partners grow their business. You will be responsible for working with team members of Aviso Correspondent Partners to follow up and investigate operational and service matters related to the delivery of wealth management services.
In this position, you will support the efforts of the team by assisting in doing day to day and support related activities and some reporting.

Follow up on and gather information on client account activities for client responsesWork with Operations and IT to investigate activities and completion of requestsReview transfer in documentation for completeness and initiation and follow up for completionNotify Partners of any transfer out requests and coordinate delivery of account with SLAReceive and direct certain daily activities for processing by Aviso or other related partiesHandle general telephone and email inquiries on processing activitiesEnsure customer problems are handled appropriately, escalating issues when necessaryProvide reporting on client accounts and other activities as necessaryAssist with management and any other department related dutiesRequirements
Your experience and skills:
University/College degreeCompletion of Canadian Securities CourseMinimum of two years of customer service experienceEffective information gathering and timely follow upFluency (written and spoken) in English is required and bilingual skills in French are an assetHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong ability to identify and assist in resolving issuesShow initiative, attention to detail and adaptabilityExceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent time management/prioritization skills and ability to multi-taskAbility to work independentlyContribute to a positive working environmentStrong computer skillsBenefits
