Customer Service Representative

Our client, a market research and consumer insights organization, is seeking a Mystery Shopper to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and clear communication skills, which will align successfully with the organization.

Campbell River & Victoria, BC
Pay Range: $18.00/hour + $0.58/km (ferry costs reimbursed where applicable)

What’s the Job?

• Visit assigned retail or service locations and complete mystery shopping assignments
• Observe and evaluate customer service, cleanliness, and overall experience based on provided criteria
• Accurately document findings and submit detailed reports within set timelines
• Travel between locations as required, including ferry travel when applicable
• Follow strict confidentiality and reporting guidelines

What’s Needed?

• Must be between 21–25 years of age
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle
• Comfortable driving between locations in Campbell River and Victoria
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
