• Handle a high volume of inbound, outbound calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
• Address client inquiries, provide information on insurance policies, and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Assist clients with policy updates and general policy enquiries and accurately document all client interactions and follow up as needed to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with dealerships and financial institutions to complete pending files.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
