As a Collections Officer at Spring Financial, you'll be instrumental in providing unparalleled customer service while managing the full cycle of debt collection. We're looking for someone who can expertly navigate a high-call volume environment, find unique solutions for each borrower, and effectively collect outstanding debts.

You’ll utilize an in-house CRM and an automated dialer system to prioritize outreach and execute departmental goals. If you're a tech-savvy individual with a knack for building rapport and a commitment to continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!

NOTE:

This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position in downtown Vancouver.

• Providing unparalleled customer service at every step of the interaction
• Finding and implementing the correct, unique solution for each borrower
• Collecting outstanding debts from current Spring Financial borrowers
• Prioritizing and scheduling outreach for full-cycle collections
• Navigating an in-house CRM at every aspect of the collections cycle
• Executing department deliverables with the use of an automated dialer system

• 3+ years collections in a consumer finance environment
• Ability to excel in a high-call volume environment while managing a busy queue
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and analysis.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills (active listening and speaking clearly are requisites for success in the position)
• Aptitude for building rapport with customers
• An open-mindedness to learning how to improve and adjust the ways you communicate
• Tech-savvy with a thirst for learning new programs and software

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000, reflective of experience and impact. + Bonus
