This position is primarily responsible for day-to-day operations of the Currency Processing Department. As an Account Services Representative, you will be responsible for verifying incoming and outgoing parcels using a basic understanding of products and processes in a production environment. Activities will be dependent on tasks or practical applications with emphasis on throughput, accuracy, and production. This role is not sales oriented.
Responsibilities- Open and sort Night Deposit, Commercial & ATM Parcels.
- Prep & Bag outgoing parcels to clients and Branches.
- Operate the BPS Machine.
- Meet established throughput targets with accuracy.
- Fully understand and comply with privacy/confidentiality requirements and code of conduct guidelines.
- Exercise due diligence in following operational risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of Incoming and Outgoing Cash Parcels.
- Accountable for accurate addressing to ensure privacy and confidentiality of client information is kept in accordance with RBC Policy.

- Flexibility to work various shifts between 6am and 8pm.
