Members request their benefit reviews, so representatives focus on helping, educating, and guiding—not cold-calling

• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Running simple virtual presentations via Zoom
• Completing digital forms and paperwork
• Providing follow-up and ongoing support
• Helping members understand their available benefit programs

• Weekly pay plus bonuses (average first-year income around $55K)
