Omnifilm Entertainment is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented part-time Social Media & Community Manager to grow the online presence of a new unscripted series, foster a positive and engaged community, and support across additional company and show accounts.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social platforms, content creation, and audience building, strong communications skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A passion for dogs and pet-related content is a plus.

This is a part-time position (up to 25 hours per week) with opportunity for growth. Remote-friendly with occasional virtual and in-person meetings as required. Vancouver-based candidates preferred.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Execute social media strategy to grow an audience of loyal, engaged fans
  • Plan, create, curate, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms
  • Write clear, SEO-friendly captions, posts, and campaign copy while maintaining consistent voice and tone
  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and best practices to grow audiences and engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams, as well as talent and key partners
  • Identify and nurture relationships with key fans and micro-influencers
  • Support boosted posts and paid campaigns
  • Ensure all social media activities align with brand guideline and voice

Qualifications & Attributes:

  • 2+ years experience in similar role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Meta Business Suite
  • Skilled in video editing and creating engaging, trend-aware social-first content
