• Producedetailedandaccurategarmenttechpacks,including
  
  BOM,specifications,anddesigndetails.
• Specandevaluatefitsamplestodeterminecomplianceofmeasurements,workmanship,construction,wash direction,andfit.
• Maintainconstructionandfitconsistencyaccordingtobrandguidelines.
• Takepartinfittings,preparation,measuringandphotographingofprototypes,SMS,andPPSonandoffmodels.
  
  Takingdetailednotesoftherequiredfitandconstructioncorrectionsandconveyingcorrectionstofactories.
• Gradingandreviewinggradedspecs,andconveyingcommentsandcorrectionstovendors.
• Analyzeandcommunicatetheoutcomeoffittingsandconstruction,andwashcommentswiththeproductdevelopmentteamandvendors.
• Liaisewithinternationaldevelopmentteamsin China,Japan,Europeandbeyondtosolveproblemsthroughoutthesamplingandproductionphases.
• Hasaproactiveapproachtoadvancingtechnicalandproductdevelopmentknowledgethroughmentorshipandtrainingfromotherproductdevelopmentteammembers.
• Responsibleforfitsampleand
  
  PPSmanagementandorganization.
• Assistwithfabricandgarmentcaretestingasrequired.
• Assistwithcareandcontentlabelupkeepanddevelopment.
• Followthegarmentfrom
  
  SMSstatethroughproduction.
• Takeonspecialprojectsasneeded.

• Updateandmaintainalllinesheets
• Organizedesignfiles,artwork,etc.
• Documentandorganizenewwashes,finishesanddyetechniques
• Maintainandorganizetrimlibraries
• Sortandarrangeallfabrichangersbyseasonandclassification

• Demonstratedabilitytomaintaintimelinesandmeetcriticaldeadlines.
• Demonstratedabilitytoworkeffectivelyinateamenvironmentandindependentlyastheprojectrequires.
• Attentiontodetail,initiative,organization,strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
• Abilitytomanagemultipletasksandcompetingpriorities.

• Bachelor’sdegreeinarelateddisciplineorequivalentprofessionalexperience.

• 5yearsofexperienceinappareltechnicaldevelopmentorproductdevelopment.
• Hands-onexperiencewithgarmentmeasurementsand
  
  POM.
• Proficiencyinusing Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop .
• Proficiencyinusing Microsoft Excel .
• Excellentcommunicationskills.
• Knowledgeorexperienceinfittings.
• Abilitytoworkinmetricandimperial,including fractions,wouldbeanasset.
