A leading construction firm in Metro Vancouver is seeking a Project Controller to ensure the financial health of residential construction projects. The role requires anticipating issues and improving forecast accuracy, while collaborating with project teams to connect real-world plans with financial projections. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of experience in cost forecasting, and strong analytical skills.

Competitive salary range is $160,000 to $185,000, plus bonuses.
