EDGE has earned a strong reputation across the Lower Mainland for Multi Family projects built on value, transparency, and proactive delivery while at the same time, we complete high-performing commercial Tenant Improvements.

Our Tenant Improvement and Capital Projects Division is a boutique and fast-growing team focused on commercial interiors and base building upgrades. We are hands‑on, solutions oriented, and driven by building cool and meaningful work.

If you are a strong communicator, a collaborator, and a builder who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and believes success comes from planning, teamwork, clean communication, and rolling up your sleeves, this is a great opportunity to join a division that is growing with intention. We move quickly, we support each other, and we take pride in doing things the right way.

  • Foster a clean, organized, and professional site environment that reflects EDGE values.
  • Proactively identify potential risks, deficiencies, or delays and propose practical solutions.
  • Be available for evening or after‑hours work when required. This is not a full‑time expectation.
