Match Box Consulting Group is representing a growing BC contractor with a strong reputation for quality, organization, and respectful job sites. They’re hiring an experienced Site Superintendent to lead a wood-frame multi-family (fourplex) project in Ladysmith, with future work across mid-Island Vancouver Island.

This role is ideal for a hands-on superintendent who likes well-run sites, clear communication, and solid support from the PM team.

• Lead day-to-day site operations from start to completion

• Manage subtrades, site staff, safety, schedule, and quality

• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager and Operations team

• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional job site

• Read drawings, solve problems early, keep work moving

• Deliver the project on schedule and to a high standard

• Run the site: sequencing, workflow, and trade coordination

• Enforce safety (toolbox talks, site docs, inspections)

• Track progress, maintain daily logs, photos, and look-aheads

• Coordinate inspections, deficiencies, and occupancy

• Support QA/QC through all stages of construction

• Handle deliveries, site setup, security, and temporary works

• 5+ years as a Site Superintendent (wood-frame residential required)

• Experience with multi-family wood-frame projects

• Strong understanding of drawings, specs, and contracts

• Organized, calm, and decisive on site

• Safety-first mindset (Intermediate First Aid required)

• Comfortable with tools like Procore, Site Docs, Bluebeam (asset)

• Salary: $120,000–$140,000
