* What You Will Do:

**** Project Support and Coordination:
*** Ensure all work is executed safely
* Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Civil and Infrastructure projects from start to finish.
* Support the Civil Operations Manager, VP of Construction, or Project Managers in aligning project work with Onni’s standards and communicating updates to internal stakeholders.
* Draft budgets for Civil works
* Review drawings and coordinate with consultants
* Manage smaller projects and assist on larger projects
* Maintain and negotiate price lists with suppliers
** Scheduling:
*** Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules.
* Monitor progress and flag potential delays, helping implement adjustments to stay on track.
* Prepare and distribute regular schedule updates for review by senior team members.
* Track upcoming LC reductions and ensure work completed on time.
** Project Administration and Communication:
*** Support tendering and procurement processes under direction.
* Assist in coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure clarity of project scope and responsibilities.
* Organize and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and reports.
* Support budget tracking and cost updates in collaboration with the project team.
* Support self performing civil works, subcontracted civil works, fill site, slab prep, detail excavations, and all other works executed by the civil department
* Prepare RFP’s, bid analysis, award letters, contract scopes, and CO’s
* Track equipment usage maintenance and fuel
** Problem Solving and Quality Control:
*** Monitor on-site progress and report any issues or scope changes.
* Assist in developing solutions or contingency plans in collaboration with senior staff.
* Help ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budget targets.

Collaboration:

*** Work closely with Superintendents, other Project Coordinators, and consultants to support daily project needs.
* Foster positive working relationships across teams to help drive project goals.

* What You Bring:

*** 1–2 years of experience in Civil and Infrastructure construction or a related field.
* Experience supporting construction projects, preferably including heavy civil or infrastructure work.
* Diploma, degree, or certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
* Familiarity with construction documentation, scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet), and reporting software.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Eagerness to learn and grow into a more senior coordination or project management role.
