Site Superintendent – Multi-Family Residential Construction

We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee the site operations of a multi-family residential project in Vancouver. This includes full responsibility for on‑site coordination from excavation through to occupancy. The ideal candidate has experience delivering low‑to‑mid‑rise wood‑frame or mixed‑use buildings and is confident managing schedules, trades, and safety compliance on active job sites.

• Lead daily site operations, including supervision of trades and coordination with consultants and the internal project team
• Maintain construction schedule and proactively address delays or site challenges
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and quality control checks
• Collaborate with Project Manager on procurement, reporting, and construction progress updates
• Ensure timely occupancy and successful project turnover

• 7+ years of experience in site supervision or construction leadership roles
• Proven experience with multi-family wood-frame and/or mid-rise developments
• Strong knowledge of BC Building Code, Work Safe BC regulations, and construction best practices
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam
• Red Seal Carpentry or other relevant trade certification is an asset
