The Major Projects division of thepany undertakesplex projects with values of $50m-.5bn.

Your new role

Due to an increasing workload, there is a requirement to add a Senior Project Coordinator to the Major Projects team. You will work closely with a high-performing site-based project team on a large andplex building project located in South Vancouver. Your responsibilities will include project coordination, document and quality control, cost and project control, and subtrade coordination. You will gain varied exposure that will allow for the development of broad skills putting you on a path to bing a Project Manager in the future.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a University or technical school graduate from a relevant discipline such as Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Ideally, you have with 5+ years’ relevant ICI construction management experience with an established General Contractor. The successful candidate will be a confidentmunicator with strong IT skills, a good work ethic and keenness to learn.
