Work environment and physical requirements
This is an on site role in a private home. The work includes active supervision, moving throughout the home, and handling typical childcare tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting light items.

Organized and reliable.
Able to work independently and follow family routines.
English required.

Education:

Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience:

1 to less than 7 months.

• Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
• Bathe, discipline children as requested, dress and feed children
• Dressing, instruct children in personal hygiene, maintain a safe environment
• Organize activities, perform light housekeeping, prepare meals
• Supervise and care for children, maintain safe daily routines
• Assist with bathing, support emotional well-being

Nguyen Caregiver is hiring a Child Care Provider to provide full time, on site childcare in a private home in Burnaby. This role supports children’s daily needs by maintaining safe routines, preparing meals, supporting hygiene and development, and providing attentive supervision. The caregiver must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently while following household expectations.
