The Youth Department is looking to hire energetic, self-motivated and responsible Youth Leaders to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and youth, fostering their personal development through recreational activities, mentorship, and leadership. This role involves supervising and facilitating programs and seasonal camps, ensuring participant safety, and creating a positive experience for all.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibility is to supervise full‑day camp trips, foster a positive and fun atmosphere, and lead activities for school‑aged children.
Ensure all youth department policies and procedures are being followed in the Youth Room, camps and special events.
Report to Youth and Family Coordinator about day‑to‑day operations of the youth facilities.
Assist with club‑wide family events when needed, to encourage children to participate in activities, and follow the camp’s rules and procedures.
Requirements & QualificationsCandidates MUST have their Emergency First Aid Certification before starting this position. Emergency First Aid (Level регистрации
1) is required for camp leaders.
Candidates must be available during Spring Break dates (March 16-27) from 9AM-5PM
Experienced working with children and teens in a recreational environment.
Must be a responsible, self‑motivated individual with good communication and problem‑solving skills and enjoy working with children of all ages.
Leadership experience is an asset.
You will be required to have a Criminal Record Check.
