Responsibilities
- Provide quality care and creative programming directly to the children ages 0-3 years
- Ensure the safety, health, and well‑being of children
- Guide and assist children in the development of daily care routines
- Build meaningful and positive relationships with children and families
- Work with your team to create a supportive and safe environment for both staff and families
- Create a nurturing environment by maintaining active supervision at all times and working closely with teammates to support children through smooth, positive transitions between play areas
- Support the program by ensuring classrooms and equipment remain clean, safe, and ready for children’s exploration
