Supply Chain Program Manager

Overview

This role supports the execution and coordination of key initiatives within a Global Supply Chain Programs team.

• Assist with activities on large or medium–high complexity supply chain projects, or independently manage smaller concurrent projects.
• Build detailed project plans, charters, and documentation including integration points, dependencies, and sequencing.
• Coordinate program activities: meetings, workshops, logistics, and training sessions.
• Monitor project progress against milestones, KPIs, and metrics.
• Support project managers with deliverables, risk tracking, and milestone reporting.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
• Maintain program documentation such as schedules, manuals, and standardized processes.
• Facilitate aligned communication across Global Supply Chain teams.
• Support business priorities related to growth, guest experience, and cost improvements.

• 1–3 years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain Operations, or similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technical, or related area.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, including logical structuring and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of apparel industry or supply chain processes.
• Experience supporting PMO functions or cross‑functional project delivery.
• Familiarity with process documentation and standardized operating procedures.
