• Provide guidance to Product and Operations teams on regulatory requirements related to products and marketing
• Review and approve financial services marketing materials for compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and enhance product offerings
• Support responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, and examinations
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in consumer lending, BNPL, or installment financing in a compliance risk or audit role
• Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations impacting the business, such as UDAAP and CAN‑SPAM
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to present complex issues clearly
• Proficient in using various software packages, including Google Docs and spreadsheets

• Experience in completing subject‑specific compliance testing and assessment activities
• Inquisitive and proactive in proposing creative solutions in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in ambiguous environments
