About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. In this role, you will identify and engage prospective clients, build lasting relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless sales process. What You’ll Be Doing:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Identify and target potential clients through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Close new business to achieve or exceed revenue goals.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing to align on lead generation strategies.
  • Partner with customer support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to enhance offerings based on client insights.

Performance Tracking

  • Track sales activities and outcomes using CRM tools.
  • Report on sales performance and forecast revenue trends.
  • Leverage data to refine sales strategies and optimize results.
What You’ll Bring To The Team:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a sales or account executive role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.

Please note:

This is a hybrid position with a minimum of one day working from our beautiful office in Downtown Vancouver.

Compensation:$60,000 - $80,000+ Commission + Stock Options
