Compensation Details:
  • Business Development 18:
    Salaries typically range from $96,557 to $128,743 annually, based on qualifications and experiences.

Location:
  • Export Development Canada operates in a hybrid work environment, currently requiring employees to work in the office 2 days per week (subject to change).

  • This role can be performed from EDC’s office in Vancouver.

  • Relocation assistance is available for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.

Team Overview:

The Partnerships group’s mission is to develop and nurture partnerships to spark international trade for Canada. We accomplish this by fostering key Canadian‑based partnerships and international trade ecosystems to grow exporting opportunities for Canadian companies and make a difference for Canada.

The Regional Partnerships team is looking for a Partnerships Senior Manager to join our Regional Partnerships team in British Columbia. Reporting to the Director, Regional Partnerships, you will manage EDC’s key strategic partnerships within the B.C. region. These partnerships will involve a mix of both national and regional partnerships that are well‑aligned with EDC’s value proposition to support the development and growth of international trade for Canada.

Given EDC is a financial service crown and Canada’s Export Credit Agency, your portfolio of partnerships will be a mix of Canadian financial institutions, financial crown corporations, and key government departments (Federal & Provincial) focused on international trade, prioritized based on the Partner’s regional impact and alignment with EDC’s value proposition and Corporate Strategy. You will work closely with several internal stakeholders including business development, credit risk, and other teams within the Partnership group to deepen EDC’s key partnerships and capitalise on untapped opportunities within your Region.
