Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst   We are seeking a  Senior Business Analyst  to lead business analysis for complex, IT?enabled initiatives in a large, enterprise environment. This role owns the full business analysis lifecycle, partnering closely with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high?value solutions.
Responsibilities   Lead requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
Document current and future state processes, gaps, and solution options
Support solution design, integrations, testing, and change activities
Contribute to procurement (RFPs), vendor evaluation, and delivery planning
Mentor other Business Analysts and promote best practices
Qualifications   8+ years of progressive business analysis experience
Strong facilitation, analytical, and communication skills

Experience with enterprise or COTS implementations and complex integrations
Comfortable operating in fast?paced, multi?project environments
PMP, Change Management, or Business Analysis certifications are assets
