This role is extremely demanding and involves operational and strategic support to an extremely busy and high-performing CEO. You will be working in person out of our Vancouver office and have routine connection with the CEO, executive staff, and external clients.

Your role will include:- Day‑to‑day support to the CEO.
- Management of the CEO's calendar and schedule.
- Coordination with external and internal contacts to schedule meetings and conference calls.
- Prepare documents for the principal especially prior to upcoming meetings with new clients.
- Manage travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Compile and draft regular reporting and updates with the CEO and Sr. leadership.
- Performing duties across the organization as required to meet the overall business objectives.
- Taking on projects from the Operations Manager for the business overall.
- Participating in client meetings.
- Completing high priority client tasks.
- Completing ad‑hoc executive tasks.
- Drafting emails and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Successfully complete online testing for the position (personality and logic).
- Undergraduate degree in Business or STEM related field (Masters level preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong foundation in business and operations.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong problem‑solving ability.
- High adaptability to a high‑stress, high work volume environment.

- 100,000 - $115,000 base salary, with potential bonus and profit‑sharing available based on individual performance.
