In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of mid-market accounts. Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned revenue targets across hardware, managed print services (MPS), and professional services.
Drive high levels of sales activity and consistently execute against defined KPIs.
Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize account potential.
Establish and grow executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities within targeted accounts.
Build and execute strategic account plans that align with client goals and business objectives.
Clearly articulate the West X value proposition to business and IT decision-makers.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our CRM system.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the office technology industry in a sales capacity.

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a client-facing role with a focus on technology or services.

A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication skills and business acumen, with the ability to engage senior executives.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.

Experience in solution-based or consultative selling is an asset.

Familiarity with office technology, managed print services, or digital workplace solutions is preferred.

Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Sugar

CRM, etc.) is an asset.

Ability to manage complex sales cycles and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Full-time access to a reliable vehicle is required.
