West X Business Solutions is seeking a driven and strategic Client Manager to join our Major Accounts team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of mid-market accounts. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to your customers, helping them enhance their business operations through a range of cutting-edge technology solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned revenue targets across hardware, managed print services (MPS), and professional services.
  • Drive high levels of sales activity and consistently execute against defined KPIs.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize account potential.
  • Establish and grow executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities within targeted accounts.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans that align with client goals and business objectives.
  • Clearly articulate the West X value proposition to business and IT decision-makers.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the office technology industry in a sales capacity.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a client-facing role with a focus on technology or services.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen, with the ability to engage senior executives.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in solution-based or consultative selling is an asset.
  • Familiarity with office technology, managed print services, or digital workplace solutions is preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Sugar

    CRM, etc.) is an asset.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Full-time access to a reliable vehicle is required.
