SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Operations Associate to work closely in an executive and operational support capacity. You will perform a wide variety of tasks as assigned by the executives and senior leadership of the business, namely, the directors and the operations manager. You will be working in person out of the Vancouver office, with daily check-ins with your supervisors.
Your role will include:
- Prepare documents for executives prior to upcoming meetings with new clients.
- Provide briefing documents for the Chief Executive Officer on upcoming meetings with other senior executives.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer in interactions with portfolio companies, including various meets with Boards of Directors.
- Coordinate with external and internal contacts to schedule meetings and conference calls.
- Manage regular reporting and updates with the CEO and their senior leadership.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and complete rapid triage on requirements.
- Draft emails on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer.
- Perform duties across the organization as required to meet the overall business objectives.
- Participate in client meetings.
- Complete high priority and ad-hoc client tasks.

- $90,000 - $110,000 base salary, with potential bonus and profit-sharing available based on individual performance
