Account Manager – Scale Pad
We’re looking for a dynamic individual passionate about cultivating and nurturing strong partnerships. Your primary objective is to ensure the success of our customers while aiding them in business growth. In this role, you will not only manage and expand your portfolio but also deliver an exceptional experience at every stage of the journey.
Responsibilities- Serve as Scale Pad’s outward facing representative, owning and growing a defined book of business with full accountability for revenue performance, partner relationships, and long‑term value.
- Drive expansion revenue within existing accounts through upselling, cross‑selling, and adoption of additional Scale Pad products and services.
- Build and manage a healthy sales funnel through proactive sequencing, marketing and product lead management, and targeted account segmentation.
- Own an MRR‑based revenue model within our Core Accounts, with responsibility for accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting, pipeline management, and attainment of revenue targets.
- Identify, develop, and execute opportunities to deepen Scale Pad’s position as a strategic and trusted technology and business partner.
- Develop strong product knowledge and deliver high‑level, value‑focused product demonstrations aligned to partner business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Product, and Operations to ensure successful partner outcomes and revenue retention and expansion.
- Practice consultative selling through active listening, thoughtful discovery, and empathetic, informed responses to partner needs.
- Be self‑motivated and results‑driven, consistently striving to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Maintain a coachable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and mastery of sales and account‑management skills.
- Forecast revenue accurately in alignment with the Growth Account Management function and business expectations.
- Maintain disciplined data hygiene and reporting accuracy in Hub Spot and Gainsight.
- Hold a minimum of 3 years of Account Management or Account Executive experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic, the capacity to work intelligently, and an aspiration for exceptional success.
- Thriving in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to apply sales methodologies that lead to deep discovery and strong, value‑based negotiations.
- Possess a process‑oriented mindset and adept day‑to‑day prioritization skills.
- Demonstrate assertiveness and the ability to engage and captivate audiences while maintaining a vibrant atmosphere.
- Embrace a self‑starter mentality, quick learning abilities, and a passion for operating with speed and enthusiasm.
- Possess outstanding and professional communication skills across both internal and external stakeholders.
- Preferred experience includes prior experience in SaaS and the MSP market, particularly in a high‑performance environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM management, outreach sequencing, and managing a high volume of accounts.
