Job Description SummaryJob Title:
CRM & Research Intern (2‑Month Contract). We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented CRM & Research Intern to support the build‑out of a custom Airtable CRM designed to enhance business development across Cushman & Wakefield. This short‑term role will play a key part in accelerating our data infrastructure, improving lead generation, and strengthening cross‑team collaboration. The ideal candidate is organized, tech‑savvy, and comfortable conducting online research and working with large datasets.
- Upload stacking plans from CoStar into the Airtable CRM.
- Verify tenant occupancy and update building information.
- Research and identify decision‑makers using company websites, Linked In, and Zoom Info.
- Enter and maintain accurate contact information within Airtable.
- Link stacking plans to decision‑makers to complete CRM records.
- Support data cleanup, organization, and migration from legacy systems.
- Assist with general CRM optimization tasks as needed.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Data Management, or a related field.
- Strong research skills and comfort navigating online business directories and professional platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Airtable experience is an asset but not required).
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Interest in commercial real estate, data management, or business development is an asset.
- Hands‑on experience building a CRM system used by multiple brokerage teams.
- Exposure to commercial real estate workflows, research tools, and business development strategies.
- Experience working with CoStar, Airtable, and industry‑standard research platforms.
