** What You'll Be Doing
*** Provide vision and strategies to maximize alternative fuels and raw materials, supporting CO₂ roadmap targets.
* Develop and implement sourcing, treatment, and delivery strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
* Assess economical supply chains and competitive waste treatment options, including Waste-to-Energy systems.
* Build strong relationships with vendors, contractors, supply chain actors, and regulatory agencies.
* Manage permitting constraints, market development, and contracting in coordination with Procurement teams.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Economics, Business, or related field; 5+ years in alternative fuels or recycling management.
* Strong knowledge of sourcing, usage, and techno-economic evaluations; understanding of cement processes and environmental regulations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and team-building skills; entrepreneurial mindset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing situations.
* Ability to address public meetings, communicate critical issues, and willingness to travel frequently.
** Work Environment
** This role involves collaboration across multiple teams and external partners, with frequent travel required. The position is based in a fast-paced industrial setting where adaptability and proactive engagement are key to success.
