Who We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive sales.
  • Strong passion for sales, customer service, and team leadership
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills
  • Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as Dealer Socket or similar
  • Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
  • Driven, organized, and ready to thrive in a fast‑paced dealership environment

Compensation: $100,000 – $200,000 (Full Commission)

What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Performance Monitoring &

    Coaching:

    Analyze sales performance, mentor Sales Consultants, and help the team hit monthly and quarterly targets
  • Sales Support:
    Assist your team in closing deals, managing negotiations, and handling customer inquiries
  • Customer Interaction:
    Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Inventory & Product Knowledge:
    Stay up to date on inventory, product features, OEM programs, financing options, and industry trends
  • Reporting & Metrics:
    Track sales KPIs, monitor performance against plans, and report results to dealership leadership
