Audi Downtown Vancouver is currently looking to fill aposition of a
Part Advisor.

Under the responsibility of the Parts Manager, theParts

Advisoris responsible for prompt and courteous servicing ofall parts customers. Parts Advisorsell replacementparts. In most cases customers and technicians know exactly which partthey need. In these cases, consultants just find the part in theinventoryor order the part  othercases,advisor must help customers and technicians determine whichpart(s) they need. They look at old parts and ask customers andtechnicians questions about the particular part or vehicle.

Using this information, they often are able to determine the replacement parts. Thenthey look up the stock number for the parts, using computers or catalogs.

Once they have all the parts a customer and technician need, consultantsprepare sales slips and add up the charges. They may also have to ordernecessary parts to fill an order.

• Minimum 5 yearsexperiencein Parts Department.
