Jaguar Land Rover Vancouver is currently seeking a Technician.

Responsibilities include:

• Logging in and out on the time ticket at the start and end of each day and for each job.
• Road testing vehicles before and after service.
• Advising the service advisor if repairs exceed estimated times.
• Using seat covers and floor mats in customer vehicles.
• Notifying the advisor of additional repairs, parts, and labor needs.
• Completing all assigned work thoroughly.
• Documenting repairs and services clearly in the system.
• Ensuring punch times align with work performed.
• Following manufacturer warranty policies and dealership guidelines.
• Maintaining shop cleanliness and efficiency.
• Providing courteous and helpful customer service.
• Performing additional sales requests on incoming vehicles.
• Getting warranty add-ons approved by the Service Manager.
• Meeting or exceeding productivity and efficiency goals set by the Service Manager.
