Vehicle Detailer

• Perform meticulous detailing, cleaning, and polishing of customer, service loaner, and showroom vehicles to Porsche brand standards
• Conduct interior and exterior cleaning, including vacuuming, shampooing, waxing, and polishing
• Ensure all vehicles are presented to customers in pristine, showroom condition
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing bay and equipment
• Identify and report any vehicle damages, defects, or concerns to management immediately
• Assist with vehicle deliveries, lot organization, and movement as required
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures in accordance with company and manufacturer standards
• Support the Service and Sales Departments as needed to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction

• Minimum 2 years of professional detailing experience in a high-volume or luxury automotive environment
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for excellence
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract (Class 7N not accepted)
• Flexible and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Experience using professional detailing tools and products is an asset
