We value our familial and friendly culture and are seeking a full or part time Scanning Clerk for a 3-4 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing documents for scanning by removing staples, paperclips and organizing in order  - Operating scanning equipment to scan paper documents into a digital format  - Naming and organizing the digital files into the document management system  - Checking scanned images for legibility, clarity and completeness

Key

Skills:

- Experience working with office equipment including scanners  - Strong detail orientation  - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive documents  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate clearly using discretion, tact and courtesy  - Client service orientation  - Ability to work independently and in a team environment  - Experience working in a law firm or professional services a definite asset
