Your newpany

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator with a keen interest in real estate and strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting our team, and contributing to our overall success.

Your new role

  • Monitor the general email inbox and determine appropriate action.

  • Handle iing calls, emails and inquiries from tenants and other stakeholders

  • Respond to repairs and maintenance requests

  • Prepare deposit slips for receivables throughout the month

  • Review tenant insurance policies

  • Review utilities’ invoices and determine accuracy

  • Read tenant leases and contracts

  • File and retrieve documents

  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.

  • Other clerical duties, such as arranging couriers and sorting iing mail and packages
    And directing iing calls to the appropriate person

  • What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor Degree

  • Previous experience as an administrator or related role is an asset.

  • Proficient with MS Office

  • Experience in Yardi software is an asset.
