Office Manager

Full Time, Permanent

Our client, a growing boutique firm, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the firm. This in‑office role is ideal for someone who thrives in administration, takes pride in reliable execution, and enjoys supporting a close‑knit team of professionals.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Support lawyers with correspondence, scheduling, follow‑ups, and client coordination
  • Confidently manage Google Workspace including accurate calendar booking and file organization
  • Maintain and update CRM and Clio, including matter setup and document management
  • Digitize and organize legal documents and records with strong attention to detail

    Coordinate small events, vendors, and office logistics
