About Us:
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world’s largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This is a temporary position who will report to the Administration Supervisor.
- Accounts Receivable (AR):
Ensure accurate and timely daily invoicing; process credits and re-bills; enter new projects and update existing project details. - Accounts Payable (AP):
Receive, code, and process invoices; expedite payment requests; manage critical vendor payments; match tickets, reconcile invoices, and accrue outstanding items at month‑end. - Purchase Orders & Vendor Management:
Coordinate purchase requests and orders; review vendor qualification documents. - Administrative Support:
Perform data entry and month‑end reporting; provide reception coverage and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
