A commercial property management firm is looking for a Property Accountant in Metro Vancouver. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of property accounting experience and will manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, processing rental transactions, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. Candidates with a CPA designation or experience in budgeting and recoveries are preferred.
