On behalf of a start-up property management company in Vancouver, BC, we are hiring a Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Mandarin
, possess strong oral and written communication skills, and hold a valid BC driver's license. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and handle both financial and administrative tasks effectively.

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar capacity
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and office tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid BC driver's license

• Maintain accurate financial records and transactions
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely manner
• Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy
• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and assist with budgets
• Provide administrative support and assist in audit preparations
• Efficiently handle various tasks independently and in a team setting

• Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Certification such as Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or equivalent
• Experience with Quick Books or similar accounting software
• Additional language proficiency is a plus
