What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead all phases of audit engagements—from planning and execution to final wrap‑up—while working with a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Document audit procedures and findings using our proven methodology.
  • Mentor, train, and support junior team members as they grow their skills and confidence.
  • Research and resolve complex financial reporting issues with precision and insight.
  • Act as the client’s go‑to problem solver, proactively gathering information, resolving roadblocks, and recommending smarter business processes.
  • Provide clear, concise advice on technical accounting topics such as revenue recognition, share‑based compensation, business combinations, and internal controls.
  • Apply your deep knowledge of IFRS & US GAAP, auditing standards, and techniques to deliver top‑tier work.
  • Collaborate with a crew of sharp minds, where debate, discussion, and innovation are part of the daily rhythm.
  • Continuously learn and grow with opportunities that support your career goals and professional development.
  • Work with high‑profile clients not just in Canada, but around the world.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field) and CPA designation (or equivalent), or progressed through the CFE toward that designation.
  • 2–3 years of public practice audit & accounting experience and comfort navigating client files.
  • Strong IFRS fluency and ability to apply auditing standards in real‑world scenarios.
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, active listening, and relationship building with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Sharp eye for detail and spotting nuances that others might miss.
  • Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Caseware, MS Office, and openness to AI‑driven tools and new technologies.
What’s in It for You
  • Comprehensive health coverage starting day one, including extended benefits, Telus Health EAP, and Maple Virtual Care.
  • $1,000/year for mental health supports.
  • Three weeks of vacation to start.
  • Performance‑based bonuses tied to impact.
  • Hybrid flexibility: work‑from‑home freedom with in‑office collaboration at least three days a week.
  • $300 wellness credit plus $250 monthly commuting & connectivity allowance.
  • Global client exposure with opportunities across borders.
  • Fun‑loving social and culture crew with team events, themed days, and spontaneous moments.
